About the event

  • Our Glute Camp class is specifically  designed to target and strengthen the gluteal muscles, which include the gluteus maximus, gluteus meds and gluteus minimus. 
  • Resistance Training: that target all glute muscles. those are Squats, lunges, Hip Thrusts, Glute bridges, Deadlifts 
  • Core Training: a strong core helps stabilize the body during glute exercises.
  • Anatomy explanation:Our professional will explain the functions of the muscles
