About the event
- Our Glute Camp class is specifically designed to target and strengthen the gluteal muscles, which include the gluteus maximus, gluteus meds and gluteus minimus.
- Resistance Training: that target all glute muscles. those are Squats, lunges, Hip Thrusts, Glute bridges, Deadlifts
- Core Training: a strong core helps stabilize the body during glute exercises.
- Anatomy explanation:Our professional will explain the functions of the muscles
