 Sarah is a foreigner working in Hong Kong. Without nutrition knowledge, she could not reduce body fat effectively, causing mental stress. After following the YouTuber for exercises for 

a couple of months, she got injured and had knee pain because of incorrectly using muscles.


During the trial class, we set a goal to accomplish and develop a thorough plan for a diet with detailed macro requirements and exercise, including weight training and cardio. Initially, we started weight-lifting two times per week. After she formed an exercise habit, I encouraged her to do an extra one time independently. In 3 months, she lost 6 kg and reduced body fat from 27% to 19%. Moreover, she adopted a clean, healthy diet lifestyle.
